Jehovah is righteous, for I rebelled against His mouth. All peoples, I pray, hear and see my sorrow. My virgins and my young men went into exile.

and he cried to the man of God who came from Judah, saying, So says Jehovah, Because you have rebelled against the mouth of Jehovah, and have not kept the command that Jehovah your God commanded you,

And after all that has come on us for our evil deeds, and for our great guilt, since You our God have held back the rod on our iniquities, and have given us such an escape as this,

But they were disobedient, and rebelled against You, and cast Your Law behind their backs. And they killed Your prophets who testified against them, to turn them to You. And they worked great blasphemies.

And You are a just One as to all that came on us, for You have done right; but we have done evilly.

because they rebelled against the words of God, and spurned the counsel of the Most High;

TZADDI: O Jehovah, You are righteous, and Your judgments upright.

I know, O Jehovah, righteous are Your judgments; and in faithfulness You afflicted me.

Jehovah is righteous in all His ways, and a faithful One in all His works.

And Pharaoh sent and called Moses and Aaron, and said to them, I have sinned this time. Jehovah is the righteous One, and I and my people the wicked ones.

Righteous are You, O Jehovah, when I might contend with You, yet let me speak with You of Your judgments. Why does the way of the wicked ones prosper? Why are all at ease, those who act deceitfully, with deceit.

And they came in and possessed it, but they did not obey Your voice nor did they walk in Your Law. They have not done all that You commanded them to do, so You have caused all this evil to meet them.

Like the men watching a field, they are against her round about because she has rebelled against Me, a statement of Jehovah.

For so says Jehovah: Behold, those whose judgment was not to drink of the cup, drinking they drank. And freeing are you to be free from guilt? You shall not be free from guilt, but drinking you shall drink.

Is it nothing to you, all who pass by? Behold, and see if there is any sorrow like my sorrow which is done to me, with which Jehovah has afflicted me in the day of His burning anger.

We have transgressed and rebelled; You, You have not forgiven.

The crown has fallen from our head. Woe now to us, for we have sinned!

we have sinned and have done iniquity and have done evilly, and we have rebelled, even by departing from Your commandments and from Your judgments.

O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us the shame of our faces, as it is this day to the men of Judah, and to those living in Jerusalem, and to all Israel, who are near and who are afar through all the lands where You have driven them for their unfaithfulness which they have done against You.

In that day the beautiful virgins and the young men shall faint with thirst.

Jehovah, the righteous One is in her midst; He will not do injustice. Morning by morning He gives His judgment to the light; He does not fail, but the unjust one knows no shame.

But My words and My statutes which I commanded My servants the prophets, did they not overtake your fathers? And they turned back and said, As Jehovah of Hosts planned to do to us, according to our ways and according to our doings, so He has done with us.

But according to your hardness and your impenitent heart, you are treasuring up to yourself wrath in the day of wrath, and revelation of a righteous judgment of God.

But we know that as many things as the law says, it says to the ones within the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world be accountable to God.

He is the Rock; His work is perfect. For all His ways are just, a God of faithfulness, and without evil; a just and upright One is He.

And Adoni-bezek said, Seventy kings with their thumbs and their big toes cut off used to be gathering scraps under my table. As I have done, so God has repaid me. And they brought him to Jerusalem, and he died there.

For the sin of divination is rebellion; insolence is both iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the Word of Jehovah, so He has rejected you from being king.
