And Samson went and caught three hundred foxes, and took torches, and turned tail to tail, and put a torch between the two tails, in the middle.

And he said to his servants, Behold, Joab’s allotment is to my hand, and to him is barley there. Go and set it on fire. And Absalom’s servants set the allotment on fire.

They shall pour him out by the sword; they shall be a portion for foxes.

As one feigning weakness throwing sparks, arrows and death,

Take for us the foxes, the little foxes spoiling the vineyards, even our vineyards with blossoms.
