And now send, gather all Israel to me, to Mount Carmel and four hundred and fifty of the prophets of Baal, and four hundred of the prophets of the Asherah, who eat at the table of Jezebel.

And Ahab sent among all the sons of Israel and gathered the prophets to Mount Carmel.

And Ahab went up to eat, and to drink; and Elijah went up to the top of Carmel, and he stretched himself out on the earth, and he put his face between his knees;

And he went from there to Mount Carmel, and from there he returned to Samaria.

And out of the tribe of Asher: Mashal and its open lands, and Abdon and its open lands;

Your head is like Carmel, and the hair of your head like purple cloth; the King is held captive in its flowing.
