John 20:20

And saying this, He showed them His hands and side. Then seeing the Lord, the disciples rejoiced.

And going away from the tomb quickly, with fear and great joy, they ran to report to His disciples.

Truly, truly, I say to you that you will weep and will lament, but the world will rejoice. And you will be grieved, but your grief will become joy.

And you, therefore, truly have grief now; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one takes your joy from you.

But one of the soldiers took a spear and pierced His side, and at once blood and water came out.

Therefore the other disciples said to him, We have seen the Lord. But he said to them, If I do not see the mark of the nails in His hands, and put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe, not at all!

Then He says to Thomas, Bring your finger here and see My hands, and bring your hand and put it into My side, and do not be unbelieving, but believing.

That which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our eyes, that which we beheld, and that which our hands touched, as regards the Word of Life.
