In that day, a statement of Jehovah of Hosts, you shall call each man to his friend to sit under the vine and under the fig tree.

This one first finds his own brother Simon and says to him, We have found the Messiah (which is, being translated, the Christ).

Philip finds Nathanael and said to him, We have found the One of whom Moses wrote in the Law and the Prophets, Jesus the son of Joseph, the One from Nazareth.

To this one the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out.

Then when Martha heard that Jesus is coming, she went and met Him; but Mary was sitting in the house.

That one, when she heard, rose up quickly and came to Him.

You call Me the Teacher, and, the Lord. And you say well, for I AM.

Jesus says to her, Mary! Turning around, she says to Him, Rabboni! (which is to say, Teacher).

Therefore the disciple whom Jesus loved says to Peter, It is the Lord. Then Simon Peter hearing that it is the Lord, having girded on his outer garment (for he was unclad) and he threw himself into the sea.

Therefore, encourage one another, and build up one another, as you indeed do.

Therefore straighten up the having been weakened hands “and the having been enfeebled knees;”
