and they are dogs strong of soul; they do not know satisfaction. And they are shepherds; they do not know to discern; they all look to their own way, each one for his own gain, from his own end, saying:
Many shall be purified and made white and tested. But the wicked ones shall do wickedly. And not one of the wicked ones shall understand, but the ones acting wisely shall understand.
I have spoken these things to you in allegories. An hour comes when I will no longer speak to you in allegories, but concerning the Father I will plainly announce to you.
But a natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But the word of the true proverb has happened to them: “The dog turning back to his own vomit;” also, the sow being washed returns to a wallowing in mud. Prov. 26:11
And we know that the Son of God has come, and He has given to us an understanding that we may know the True One, and we are in the True One, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and the life everlasting.
