Yea, will you also nullify My judgment; will you condemn Me so that you may be justified?

Is it good to You that You should press on me, that You should despise the work of Your palms, and You shine on the counsel of the wicked ones?

It is on Your knowing that I am not a wicked one; and there is no one delivering out of Your hand.

Behold now, I have set my cause in order; I know that I shall be justified.

God has delivered me to the perverse one; and He has pushed me headlong to the hands of the wicked ones.

know now that God has subverted me and His net has closed on me.

And your covenant with death shall be covered; and your vision with Sheol shall not rise up. When the overwhelming scourge passes through, then you shall be for a trampling to it.

Cause Me to remember; let us judge together; sum up for yourself, that you may be justified.

Woe to him who fights with his Former A potsherd among the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to its former, What are you making? Or does your work say, There are no hands to him?

Let it not be! But let God be true, and every man a liar; even as it is written, “That You should be justified in Your words, and will overcome in Your being judged.” LXXPsa. 50:6; MT-Psa. 51:4

Brothers, I speak according to man, a covenant having been ratified, even among mankind, no one annuls or adds to it.

And I say this, A covenant having been ratified before to Christ by God, the Law coming into being four hundred and thirty years after, does not annul the promise, so as to abolish it.

For, indeed, an annulment of the preceding command comes about because of its being a weak one and an unprofitable one.
