Can you tie the wild ox in the furrow with his rope? Or will he harrow the valleys for you?

And a messenger came to Job and said, The oxen were plowing, and the asses were feeding beside them.

Will you trust him because his strength is great; or will you leave your labor to him?

Who has sent out the wild ass free, or who has loosened the bands of the wild ass?

He laughs at the roar of the city; he does not hear the driver’s shouts;

Will the wild ox consent to be your servant, or spend the night by your feed-trough?

Will you play with him as with a bird; or will you tie him up for your maidens?
