It is turned like clay under a seal; and they stand out like a garment.

And their light is withheld from the wicked ones, and the high arm shall be broken.

covering Yourself with light like a cloak, and stretching out the heavens like a curtain;

You have covered the deep as with a garment; the waters stood above the mountains.
