What man is like Job, who drinks up derision like water;
Should your lies make men silent? And will you mock, and no one make you ashamed?
I am a laughingstock to his friend; he calls to God, and He answers him; the just one, the blameless one is a mockery;
How much more loathed and corrupted is man who drinks injustice like water!
And you have filled up the judgment of the wicked one; judgment and justice take hold.
Until when, ones of simplicity, will you love simplicity? And will scorning ones desire scorning for themselves? And will fools hate knowledge?
A worthless witness scorns justice, and the mouth of the wicked one swallows iniquity.
For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.
and it happens when he hears the words of this curse, that he should bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, even though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart, to snatch away the drunken with the thirsty.
