Who is he who will strive with me? For now I would be quiet and die.

And Zophar the Naamathite answered and said:

I have heard the chastening of my reproach; and the spirit from my understanding makes me reply.

Shall one try a word with you, you who are weary? But who can hold back with words?

One long to anger is of great understanding, but he who is short of spirit exalts folly.

Do you see a man hastening in his words? There is more hope for a fool than of him.

Do not hasten to be angry in your spirit; for anger rests in the bosom of fools.

And I said, I will not mention Him or speak any more in His name. But His Word was in my heart like a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary of holding in, and I was not able.

And immediately going in with haste to the king, she asked, saying, I desire that at once you give to me the head of John the Baptist on a platter.

For I testify to them that they have zeal to God, but not according to knowledge.

So that, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
