King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And I will kindle a fire in the houses of the gods of Egypt. And he shall burn them and seize them. And he shall adorn himself with the land of Egypt, as a shepherd covers himself with his robe. And he shall go forth from there in peace.

and let this clothing and horse be given into the hand of men, one of the king’s most noble rulers, and let them dress the man whom the king delights to honor, and cause him to ride on the horse through the street of the city, and call out before him, In this way shall be done to the man whom the king delights in honoring him!

Adorn yourself with majesty now, and be exalted, and clothe yourself with glory and honor;

covering Yourself with light like a cloak, and stretching out the heavens like a curtain;

And I will clothe her priests with salvation; and shouting, her godly ones shall give a ringing cry of joy.

I will clothe His enemies with shame, but His crown shall flourish upon Him.

And I will pass through in the land of Egypt in this night. And I will strike every first-born in the land of Egypt, from man even to livestock. And I will execute judgments on all the gods of Egypt. I am Jehovah!

The burden of Egypt: Behold! Jehovah rides on a light cloud and comes into Egypt. And the idols of Egypt shall tremble from before Him; and the heart of Egypt shall melt in its midst.

And, behold this, a chariot of a man comes, a pair of horses. And he answered and said, Babylon has fallen, has fallen! And He has shattered the graven images of her gods to the earth.

Bel has bowed; Nebo stoops; their idols are for the beast, and for the cattle; your things borne about are loads; a burden for the weary.

They stoop; they bow together; they are not able to deliver the burden; and their soul has gone into captivity.

Lift up your eyes all around and see! They all gather and come to you. As I live, a statement of Jehovah, you shall surely wear all of them as an ornament, and bind them on as a bride.

Awake! Awake! Put on your strength, Zion; put on your beautiful robes, O Jerusalem, the holy city. For never again shall uncircumcised and unclean ones come to you.

For He put on righteousness like body armor, and a helmet of salvation on His head. And He put on robes of vengeance as clothing; and He put on zeal like a mantle.

Rejoicing I will rejoice in Jehovah. My soul shall be joyful in my God. For He clothed me with garments of salvation; He put on me the robe of righteousness, even as a bridegroom puts on his head-dress, and as a bride puts on her ornaments.

And ones being strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of an alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.

So you shall say to them, The gods who have not made the heavens and the earth, they shall perish from the earth and from under these heavens.

They are vanity, the work of delusion. In the time of their visitation they will perish.

Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and his servants, and his rulers, and all his people;

And He shall break the obelisks of The House of the Sun which is in the land of Egypt; and he shall burn the houses of the gods of the Egyptians with fire.

Jehovah of Hosts, the God of Israel, says, Behold, I am calling to account the multitudes of No, and Pharaoh, and Egypt, with her gods and her kings, even Pharaoh and those who trust in him.

For because you have trusted in your works and in your treasures, you shall also be captured. And Chemosh shall go into exile; his priests and his rulers together.

And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus; and it shall burn up the fortresses of Ben-hadad.

Declare among the nations, and make them hear, and lift up a banner. Make them hear, do not hide it; say, Babylon is captured, Bel is put to shame, Merodach is broken in pieces, her images are put to shame, her idols are broken in pieces.

And I will visit Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he has swallowed up. And the nations shall not flow together any more to him; yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.

The foot of man shall not pass through it, and the foot of beast shall not pass through it, and you shall not dwell forty years.

So the Lord Jehovah says this: Behold, I will give to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon the land of Egypt. And he shall lift up her host and plunder her plunder, and spoil her spoil. And it shall be hire for his army.

So says the Lord Jehovah: And I will destroy the idols, and I will make vanities cease from Noph. And there shall not any longer be a ruler of the land of Egypt. And I will put fear in the land of Egypt.

And he will also bring their gods with their molten images, with silver and gold vessels of their possessions, into exile to Egypt. And for years he will stand away from the king of the north.

Jehovah will be frightening to them, for He will make lean all the gods of the earth; each man from his place, and all the isles of the nations will bow to Him.

The night is advanced, and the day has drawn near; therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the weapons of the light.

and to put on the new man, the one being created according to God in righteousness and holiness of truth.

Put on the full armor of God, for you to be able to stand against the wiles of the devil,

Therefore, as elect ones of God, holy and beloved, put on bowels of compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, long-suffering,

But above all these, put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
