King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

The lion has come up from his thicket, and a destroyer of nations has set out. He has left his place to make your land a waste. Your cities will fall into ruins without one living in them.

On account of this a lion out of the forest shall strike them; a wolf of the desert shall destroy them; a leopard is watching over their cities. Everyone who goes out from them shall be torn, because their transgressions are many; their apostasies are numerous.

The young lions roared against him; they gave their voice. And they laid waste his land; his cities are burned, without one living in it.

And I said, Until when, O Lord? And He said, Until cities lie desolate without one living in them, and the houses without man, and the land is laid waste, a desolation;

Your land is a desolation; your cities burned with fire. Strangers devour your land before you; and behold, it is ruin, as overthrown by strangers.

The first was like a lion and wings of an eagle were to it. I was seeing until its wings were torn off. And it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man’s heart was given to it.

Israel is a scattered sheep, driven away by lions. First, the king of Assyria devoured him. And last, this King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon broke his bones.

behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, says Jehovah, and Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant; and I will bring them against this land, and against those living in it, and against all these nations round about. And I will completely destroy them, and make them a horror, and a hissing, and everlasting ruins.

Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the pride of Jordan against the home of the strong. But I will suddenly made him run away from it, and who is the chosen one I shall appoint over it? For who is like Me? And who will summon Me? And who then is that shepherd who will stand before Me?

Behold, I will command and cause them to return to this city, a statement of Jehovah. And they shall fight against it, and take it, and burn it with fire. And I will make the cities of Judah to be a desolation,without one to live in it.

So says Jehovah, Again there shall be heard in this place, which you say shall be waste, not with man, and not with beast, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate not with man, not with one living in it, and not with beast,

Why have you prophesied in the name of Jehovah, saying, This house shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolated, without one living in it? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of Jehovah.

Like the young lion, He has left His den; for their land is a waste because of the anger of oppressing ones, and because of the anger of His face.

Jehovah of Hosts has sworn in my ears, If not many houses shall be a waste, large and beautiful ones without one living in them.

In his days Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim was a servant to him three years; and he turned and rebelled against him.

And for the majesty that He gave him, all peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him. He killed whom he desired, and whom he desired he kept alive. And whom he desired, he exalted; and whom he desired, he humbled.

Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the pride of Jordan against the perpetual abode. But I will make them suddenly run away from it. And who is a chosen one I will appoint over it? For who is like Me? And who will summon Me? And who is this shepherd who will stand before Me?

And it shall be, the nation and kingdom which will not serve him, Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put its neck in the yoke of the king of Babylon, I will call to account that nation, a statement of Jehovah, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the plague, until I have destroyed them by his hand.

And I will give Jerusalem to be a heap of ruins, a den of jackals; and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation, not [one] living in it.

And it happened in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth of the month, Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, and camped against it, and built a siege mound all around it.

Every city shall flee from the noise of the horsemen and shooters of the bow. They shall go into thickets and go up in the rocks. Every city shall be forsaken, and not a man shall live in them.

And I will set apart the destroyers against you, each man with his weapons; and they will cut down the best of your cedars and make them fall into the fire.

So says Jehovah of Hosts, the God of Israel, You have seen all the evil that I have brought on Jerusalem, and on all the cities of Judah. And, behold! This day they are a ruin, and no one lives in them,

And the cities that have people shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.

And I will pour out on you My disgust; with the fire of My wrath I will blow against you and give you into the hand of burning men, skilled in destruction.

Son of man, lift up a lament over Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and say to him, You were like a young lion of the nations, and you were like the monster in the seas. And you burst forth in your rivers and stirred up the waters with your feet and fouled their rivers.

And I shall give your cities to be a waste, and I shall make your sanctuaries desolate; and I shall not smell your soothing fragrances.

And I will scatter you among nations, and shall draw out the sword after you, and your land shall become a waste, and your cities shall be a desolation.

The snorting of his horses was heard from Dan; all the land quakes at the sound of the neighing of his stallions. For they come and devour the land and its fullness, the city and those who live in it.

For so says Jehovah concerning the king of Judah’s house, You are Gilead to Me, the head of Lebanon; if not I will make you a wilderness, cities not lived in.

As I live, a statement of the King whose name is Jehovah of Hosts, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains, and as Carmel is by the sea, he shall come.
