O Jerusalem, cleanse your heart from evil that you may be saved. Until when will your thoughts of iniquity lodge within you?

SAMECH: I hate halfhearted ones; but I love Your Law.

Multiply to wash me from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, Jehovah would not have heard.

Until when, ones of simplicity, will you love simplicity? And will scorning ones desire scorning for themselves? And will fools hate knowledge?

Let the wicked one forsake his way and the man of iniquity his thoughts, and let him turn back to Jehovah, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will multiply to pardon.

I have seen your adulteries and your neighings, the plot of your adultery, your abominable idols on the hills, in the fields. Woe to you, O Jerusalem! Will you not be made clean? Until when will it be again?

And now please speak to the men of Judah and to those living in Jerusalem, saying, So says Jehovah, Behold, I am forming evil against you, and devising a plan against you. Now each man turn back from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.

Though you wash yourself with potash, and multiply soap for yourself, your iniquity is marked before Me, a statement of the Lord Jehovah.

Hear, O earth, behold, I will bring evil on this people, the fruit of their thoughts; for they have not paid attention to My words; and My Law, they also rejected it.

Cast away all your transgressions from you by which you have transgressed in them, and make for yourselves a new heart and a new spirit; for why will you die, O house of Israel?

and let each man devise no evil in your heart against his neighbor, and do not love a false oath. For all these I hate, a statement of Jehovah.

Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree corrupt and its fruit corrupt; for the tree is known by the fruit.

But the Lord said to him, Now you Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup and of the dish, but your inside is full of robbery and evil.

Simon Peter said to Him, Lord, not my feet only, but also the hands and the head.

Repent, therefore, from this wickedness of you, and petition God if perhaps you will be forgiven the thought of your heart.

Because knowing God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful. But they became vain in their reasonings, and their undiscerning heart was darkened.

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners! And purify your hearts, double-souled ones!
