I have not sent the prophets, and they ran; I have not spoken to them, and they prophesied.

And I heard the voice of Jehovah, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? And I said, Behold me. Send me!

And Jehovah said to me, The prophets prophesy lies in My name. I did not send them and I have not commanded them, and not did I speak to them. They are prophesying to you concerning a false vision, and a worthless divination, and the deceit of their heart.

Behold, I am against those who prophesy false dreams, and speak them, and cause My people to go astray by their lies, and by their frivolity, and I did not send them, and I did not command them, a statement of Jehovah.

Therefore do not listen to the words of the prophets who speak to you, saying, You shall not serve the king of Babylon, for they prophesy a lie to you.

For I have not sent them, says Jehovah. Yea, they prophesy a lie in My name, so that I might banish you, and that you might perish, you and the prophets who prophesy to you.

And the prophet Jeremiah said to Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah, Jehovah has not sent you, but you have made this people trust in a lie.

Send to all the exiles, saying, So says Jehovah concerning Shemaiah the Nehelamite: Because Shemaiah has prophesied to you, and I did not send him; and he caused you to trust in a lie;

For so says Jehovah of Hosts, the God of Israel: Do not let your prophets who are in your midst deceive you, and ones divining to you. And do not listen to their dreams which you dream.

For they prophesy falsely to you in My name. I have not sent them, says Jehovah.

Therefore Jesus said to them again, Peace to you. As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.

Then these indeed sent out by the Holy Spirit went down to Seleucia, and from there sailed away to Cyprus.

And how may they preach if they are not sent? Even as it is written, “How beautiful” “the feet of the ones preaching the gospel of peace, of the ones preaching the gospel of good things.” Isa. 52:7
