For we all stumble in many ways. If any one does not stumble in word, this one is a mature man, able also to bridle the whole body.

When they sin against You (for there is not a man who does not sin) and You have been angry with them, and have given them up before an enemy, and capturing them they are captured to the land of the enemy, far off or near;

When they sin against You (for there is not a man who does not sin) and You shall be angry with them and shall give them up before an enemy, and capturing them, those capturing shall take them to a land distant or near;

that you turn your spirit against God and let such words go out of your mouth?

Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking guile;

Offspring of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.

I find then the law, to me the one willing to do the good, that evil is present with me.

but I buffet my body and enslave it, lest having preached to others I myself might be disapproved.

But the Scripture shut up together all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to the ones believing.

For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another; that not whatever you may will, but these things you do.

whom we proclaim, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man fullgrown in Christ Jesus,

Epaphras greets you, he of you, a slave of Christ, always striving for you in prayers, that you may stand full-grown and being complete in all the will of God.

perfect you in every good work, in order to do His will, doing in you that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

If anyone thinks to be religious among you, yet not bridling his tongue, but deceiving his heart, this one’s religion is vain.

But let enduring patience have its perfective work, that you may be mature and complete, lacking in nothing.

For whoever shall keep all the Law, but stumbles in one, he has become guilty of all.

“For the one desiring to love life, and to see good days, let him restrain his tongue from evil, even his lips not to speak deceit.

Now the God of all grace, the One having called you to His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, you having suffered a little, Himself will perfect, confirm, strengthen, establish you.
