and do not enter into judgment with Your servant, for not anyone living is just in Your sight.

Look to your father Abraham, and to Sarah who bore you. For he being but one, I called him and blessed him and increased him.

For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.

And do not think to say within yourselves, We have a father, Abraham. For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.

Are You greater than our father Abraham who died? And the prophets died! Whom do You make Yourself?

And he said, Men, brothers, and fathers, listen! The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham, being in Mesopotamia before he lived in Haran,

Because by works of law not will be justified all flesh before Him, for through law is full knowledge of sin. Psa. 143:2

What then shall we say our father Abraham to have found according to flesh?

and a father of circumcision to the ones not of circumcision only, but also to the ones walking in the steps of the faith of our father Abraham, the one he had during uncircumcision.

Because of this, it is of faith, that it be according to grace, for the promise to be confirmed to all the seed, not to the seed of the Law only, but also to the one of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all,

By faith, being tested, Abraham offered up Isaac; and the one receiving the promises was offering up the only begotten,

But someone will say, You have faith, and I have works. Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith out of my works.

You see then that a man is justified out of works and not out of faith only.

And I took your father Abraham from Beyond the River, and caused him to go through all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his seed, and gave Isaac to him.
