King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah’s son. If you will not stand firm, surely you will not be established.

In the fifty-second year of Azariah (Uzziah) the king of Judah, Pekah the son of Remaliah began to reign over Israel, twenty years in Samaria.

And they rose early in the morning and went out to the wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah and those living in Jerusalem. Trust in Jehovah your God, and trusting you will trust in His prophets and prosper.

Woe to the crown of pride of the drunkards of Ephraim, and the fading flower, the glory of his beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley of those smitten with wine!

Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and the dry grass falls in the flame; their root shall be like rottenness, and their blossoms shall go up like dust, because they have rejected the Law of Jehovah of Hosts; and despised the Word of the Holy One of Israel.

And Jehovah spoke again to Ahaz, saying,

And say to him, Be on guard and be quiet. Do not fear and not be timid of heart because of the two tails of these smoking firebrands, because of the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.

For before the boy knows to cry, My father, or, My mother, the riches of Damascus and the plunder of Samaria shall be lifted up before the king of Assyria.

And the people shall know, all of it, Ephraim and the ones living in Samaria, who say in pride and greatness of heart,

Azariah, the son of Hoshaiah, and Johanan, the son of Kareah, and all the proud men, then spoke, saying to Jeremiah, You speak falsely. Jehovah our God has not sent you to say, Do not go to Egypt, to sojourn there.

All this is against the transgression of Jacob, and against the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? Are they not Jerusalem?

But the centurion was rather persuaded by the helmsman and the ship-owner, than by the things being said by Paul.

Therefore, be cheered, men, for I believe God, that it will be so according to the way it was spoken to me.

Well! For unbelief they were broken off. And you stand by faith. Do not be highminded, but fear.

But without faith it is impossible to be pleasing to God. For it is necessary for the one drawing near to God to believe that He is, and that He becomes a rewarder to the ones seeking Him out.

The one believing into the Son of God has the witness in himself. The one not believing God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed into the witness which God has witnessed concerning His Son.
