Isaiah 54:4

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

Do not fear, for you shall not be shamed, for you shall not be humiliated, for you shall not be put to shame. For you shall forget the shame of your youth, and you shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.

He will swallow up death forever! And the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from all faces. And He shall turn aside the reproach of His people from all the earth; for Jehovah has spoken.

Therefore Jehovah says to the house of Jacob, He who redeemed Abraham: Jacob shall not be ashamed now, nor shall his face become pale now.

And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread and wear our own clothing, only let your name be called on us; collect our shame.

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not gaze about, for I am your God; I will make you strong; yea, I will help you; yea, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.

Fear not, worm of Jacob, men of Israel; I will help you, a statement of Jehovah, and your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

And the Lord Jehovah will help Me. On account of this I was not ashamed. On account of tthis, I set My face like flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.

Hear Me, those knowing righteousness, the people of My Law in their heart; do not fear the reproach of man, and do not be bowed from their blasphemings.

You shall be established in righteousness; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near to you.

Instead of your shame and disgrace, double. They rejoice in their portion; for they shall dispossess in their land a second time; everlasting joy shall be theirs.

He who blesses himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth. And he who swears in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former distresses are forgotten; and because they are hidden from My eyes.

For after I had turned away, I repented; and after I knew, I slapped on my thigh. I was ashamed; yea, I also was shamed, because I lifted up the reproach of my youth.

How alone sits the city that was full of people! She has become like a widow, one great among the nations; a noblewoman among the provinces has become a payer of tribute.

And in all your abominations and your fornications you have not remembered the days of your youth, when you were trodden down in your blood.

Because that which you have not remembered, the days of your youth, but have troubled Me in all these, so, behold, even I will give your way back on your head, a statement of the Lord Jehovah. And you shall not commit the evil purposes above all your disgusting things.

And I will not let you bear the shame of the nations any longer, and you shall not bear the disgrace of the peoples any more, and you shall not cause your nations to fall any more, a statement of the Lord Jehovah.

Fear not, O land, be glad and rejoice, for Jehovah is doing great things.

In that day you shall not be ashamed from all your doings in which you have transgressed against Me. For then I will take away those who rejoice in your pride out of your midst, and you shall not again be exalted any more in My holy mountain.

And I will make stronger the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph. And I will return to save them, for I have pity on them. And they shall be as though I had not cast them off, for I am Jehovah their God, and I will answer them.

Therefore, it is also contained in the Scripture: “Behold, I lay in Zion” an elect, “precious Stone,” “a Corner-foundation”; “and the one believing on Him shall not be put to shame, not ever!” Isa. 28:16
