You shall be established in righteousness; you shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near to you.
And I will return your judges as at the first; and one advising you, as at the beginning; then you shall be called the city of righteousness, a faithful city.
Let My outcasts stay with you, Moab. Be a hiding place to them from the face of the destroyer. For the exacter has ended, destruction has failed; the trampler is ended out of the land.
And He shall judge among the nations and shall rebuke many peoples. And they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning knives. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, and they shall not learn war any more.
And I will make them eat their own flesh, those who oppress you; and they shall be drunk by their own blood, as with fresh wine. And all flesh shall know that I Jehovah am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.
And you forget your Maker, Jehovah, who has stretched out the heavens and founded the earth. And you dread continually, every day, from the fury of the oppressor, since he was ready to destroy. And where is the fury of the one oppressing?
Awake! Awake! Put on your strength, Zion; put on your beautiful robes, O Jerusalem, the holy city. For never again shall uncircumcised and unclean ones come to you.
Do not fear, for you shall not be shamed, for you shall not be humiliated, for you shall not be put to shame. For you shall forget the shame of your youth, and you shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.
Violence shall not still be heard in your land, or wasting and ruin within your bor- ders; but you shall call your walls, Salvation, and your gates, Praise.
And your people, all of them, shall be righteous ones; they shall possess the earth forever, a branch of My planting, a work of My hands, to beautify Myself.
Rejoicing I will rejoice in Jehovah. My soul shall be joyful in my God. For He clothed me with garments of salvation; He put on me the robe of righteousness, even as a bridegroom puts on his head-dress, and as a bride puts on her ornaments.
For Zion’s sake, I will not be silent; and for Jerusalem’s sake, I will not rest; until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, and her salvation as a burning torch.
There is no end to the increase of His dominion and of peace on the throne of David, and on His kingdom, to order it, and to sustain it with judgment and with righteousness, from now and to eternity. The zeal of Jehovah of Hosts will do this.
And you, O My servant Jacob, do not fear, a statement of Jehovah. Do not be terrified, O Israel. For, behold, I will save you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity. And I will bring back Jacob and have quiet and be untroubled, and no one will make him afraid.
So says Jehovah of Hosts, the God of Israel: Again they will speak this Word in the land of Judah, and in its cities, when I turn back their captivity, saying, Jehovah bless you, O home of righteousness, O holy mountain!
Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap as kindness. Break up your fallow ground. For it is time to seek Jehovah, until He comes and rains righteousness to you.
So says Jehovah: I have returned to Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. And Jerusalem shall be called a City of Truth, and the mountain of Jehovah of Hosts, the Holy Mountain.
And I will camp around My house from an army, from one passing by, and from one returning. And one oppressing shall not pass through them again. For now I have seen with My eyes.
