A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, You are my God; I earnestly seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You, as in a dry and weary land without water.
And a Man shall be a hiding place from the wind, a shelter from the storm, as streams of water in a dry place; like the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
Afflicted ones and the needy ones seek water, and there is not any; their tongue is parched for thirst. I, Jehovah will answer them, the God of Israel; I will not leave them.
and your seed would have been like the sand, and your offspring of your bowels like its grain; his name would not have been cut off and not destroyed his name from My presence.
They shall not hunger and not thirst; and the heat and sun shall not strike them. For He who has mercy on them shall lead them; and He shall guide them by the springs of water.
Ho, everyone who thirsts, come to the water; and he who has no silver, come buy grain and eat. Yes, come buy grain, wine and milk without silver and without price.
As for Me, this is My covenant with them, says Jehovah: My Spirit who is on You, and My words which I have put in Your mouth, shall not depart out of Your mouth, or out of the mouth of Your seed, or out of the mouth of Your seed’s seed, from now and till forever, says Jehovah.
And their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed that Jehovah has blessed.
And I will give them and the places around My hill to be a blessing. And I will bring down the shower in its season, there shall be showers of blessing.
And I will put My Spirit within you, and I have done that which is in My statutes for you to walk in them, and you shall keep My judgments and do them.
And he said to me, These waters go out toward the eastern circuit, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea. They are brought out into the sea, and the waters shall be healed.
Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap as kindness. Break up your fallow ground. For it is time to seek Jehovah, until He comes and rains righteousness to you.
And you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am Jehovah your God, and there is no other. And My people shall not be ashamed forever.
And it shall be afterward, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.
And it shall be in that day, the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the streams of Judah shall flow with waters. And a spring will go forth from the house of Jehovah, and it will water the valley of Shittim.
And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many peoples as dew from Jehovah, as showers on a blade of grass, which does not wait for man, and not delay for the sons of men.
And I will pour out on the house of David, and on those living in Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of prayers. And they shall look on Me whom they have pierced; and they shall mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they shall be bitter over Him, like the bitterness over the first-born.
“And it shall be” in the last days, God says, “I will pour from My Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy;” “and your young men shall see visions,” “and your old men shall dream dreams;”
Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and receiving the promise of the Holy Spirit from the Father, He poured out this which you now see and hear.
And He said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the one thirsting, I will freely give of the fountain of the water of life.
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come! And the one hearing, let him say, Come! And the one thirsting, let him come; and the one willing, let him take of the water of life freely.
