And I will stir up Egyptians against Egyptians; and they shall fight, a man against his brother; and a man against his fellow; city against city, kingdom against kingdom.

Then the people of Israel were divided into two parts: half of the people followed Tibni the son of Ginath to cause him to reign, and the other half after Omri.

And they were shattered, nation against nation, and city against city. For God troubled them with every distress.

And the people shall be oppressed man against man, and a man against his neighbor. The boy will act insolently against the old one, and the one being despised against the one being honored.

But brother will give over brother to death, and the father his child. And children will rise up against parents and will put them to death.

“Ones hostile to the man shall be those of the house of him.” Mic. 7:6

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, He said to them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation. And every city or house divided against itself will not stand.

For nation will be raised up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines and plagues and earthquakes against many places.

And if a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.

And the three hundred blew the rams’ horns, and Jehovah set a man’s sword against his companion even in all the army. And the army fled to Beth-shittah, at Zererath, to the border of Abel-meholah, by Tabbath.

And God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the leaders of Shechem. And the leaders of Shechem acted deceitfully with Abimelech;

And the watchmen of Saul in Gibeah of Benjamin looked; and behold, the multitude had melted away; and they went on striking down.

And Saul and all the people who are with him was gathered and went to the battle. And, behold, each man’s sword was against his fellow, a very great panic!
