We have heard of the pride of Moab, very proud; of his pride, his arrogance, and his rage; not so are his babblings.

The proud arrogant one, scoffer is his name, he who deals in proud wrath.

The burden of Moab: Because in a night Ar of Moab is laid waste; it is cut off; because in a night Kir of Moab is laid waste; it is cut off.

The haughtiness of eyes of man shall be humbled, and the pride of men shall be bowed down; but Jehovah, He alone, will be exalted in that day.

Make Him drunk, for he magnified himself against Jehovah. Moab also shall fall with a splash in his vomit, and he shall be a mockery, even he.

And Moab shall be destroyed from being a people, because he has magnified himself against Jehovah.

A sword is on the liars, and they shall become fools; a sword is on her mighty men, and they shall be broken.

So says Jehovah: For three transgressions of Moab, and for four, I will not turn back from it, for he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime.

Likewise, younger ones be subject to older ones; and all being subject to one another. gird on humility, because God sets Himself “against proud ones, but He gives grace to humble ones”. Prov. 3:34
