A fullness of grain shall be in the earth on top of the mountains; its fruit shall shake like Lebanon; and they of the city shall flourish like the grass of the earth.
Yours who died shall live, my dead body, they shall rise up. Awake and sing, those dwelling in the dust; for the dew of lights is your dew; and the earth shall cast out departed spirits.
Blooming, it shall bloom and exult; yea, with joy and singing. Lebanon’s glory shall be given to it, the honor of Carmel and Sharon; they shall see the glory of Jehovah, the honor of our God.
Drop down from above, O heavens; and let the clouds pour down righteousness. Let the earth open and let salvation bear fruit; and let righteousness spring up together. I, Jehovah have created it.
And we shall know, we who follow on to know Jehovah. His going forth is prepared as the dawn. And He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain to the earth.
And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many peoples as dew from Jehovah, as showers on a blade of grass, which does not wait for man, and not delay for the sons of men.
Who is a God like You, lifting off iniquity and passing by the transgression of the remnant of His possession? He does not make strong His anger forever, for He delights in mercy.
Consider the lilies, how they grow: they do not labor, nor do they spin, but I say to you, Not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed as one of these.
