so Christ having been once offered “to bear the sins of many,” Christ shall appear a second time without sin to the ones eagerly awaiting Him unto salvation. Isa. 53:12
And one shall say in that day, Behold, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is Jehovah; we have waited for Him; we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.
Why have you not eaten the sin offering in the holy place, for it is most holy, and He has given it to you to take away the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before Jehovah?
And you shall flee to the valley of My mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azal. And you shall flee as you fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah, king of Judah. And Jehovah my God shall come, and all the holy ones with You.
And Jehovah said to Aaron, You, and your sons, and your father’s house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary. And you, and your sons with you, shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood;
But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity; it shall be a neverending statute throughout your generations, that in the midst of the sons of Israel they shall have no inheritance;
who also said, Men, Galileans, why do you stand looking up to the heaven? This Jesus, the One being taken from you into the heaven, will come in the way you saw Him going into the heaven.
whom God set forth as a propitiation through faith in His blood, for a demonstration of His righteousness through the passing over of the sins that had taken place before, in the forbearance of God,
But not as the deviation, so also is the free gift. For if by the deviation of the one the many died, much more the grace of God, and the gift in grace, which is of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to the many.
And not only so, but also we ourselves having the firstfruit of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly awaiting adoption, the redemption of our body;
For the law being powerless, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh,
But when this corruptible shall put on incorruption, and this mortal one shall put on immortality, then will come to pass the Word, the one having been written, “Death was swallowed up in victory.” Isa. 25:8
For the rest, the crown of righteousness is laid up for me, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me in that Day, and not only to me, but also to all the ones loving His appearance.
how shall we escape while neglecting so great a salvation? Which having received a beginning to be spoken through the Lord, was confirmed to us by the ones having heard.
For we do not have a high priest not being able to sympathize with our infirmities, but One having been tried according in all things according to our likeness, apart from sin.
who has no need, as do the high priests, to offer sacrifices according to a day, firstly for His own sins, then for the ones of the people, for this He did once for all, having offered up Himself.
who “Himself carried up in His body our sins” onto the tree; that having died to sins, we might live to righteousness; of whom “by His wound you were healed.”
Because even Christ once suffered concerning sins, the Just One on behalf of the unjust ones, that He might bring us to God; indeed being put to death in the flesh, but being made alive in the Spirit;
looking for and hastening the coming of the Day of God, through which the heavens being set on fire will be dissolved; and the elements being burned up?
Beloved ones, now we are the children of God, and it was not yet revealed what we shall be. But we know that if He is made visible to us, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.
“Behold, He comes with the clouds,” and “every eye will see Him, and those who pierced” Him, and all the tribes of the earth “will wail on account of Him.” Yes, Amen. Dan. 7:13; Zech. 12:10
