BETH: By what shall a young man purify his way, to keep it according to Your Word?

My son, do not let them depart from your eyes; keep sound wisdom and judgment,

For, behold, I am raising up the Chaldeans, the bitter and impetuous nation that is going into the broad spaces of the land, to possess dwellings not belonging to him.

You are sated with shame without honor; you drink also, and will be seen as uncircumcised. The cup of the right hand of Jehovah shall turn on you, and disgrace shall be your honor.

And the one in the good earth, these are the ones who in a right and good heart, hearing the Word, they hold it and bear fruit in patience.

You lay into your ears these sayings, for the Son of Man is about to be given over into the hands of men.

Because of this, they picked up stones that they might throw them on Him. But Jesus was hidden, and went forth out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

Be on guard for yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of Jehovah your God, which He has cut with you, and make to yourselves a carved image, the form of anything concerning which Jehovah your God has commanded you.

Only, be on guard for yourself and guard your soul very much, that you do not forget the things which your eyes have seen; and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. And you shall make them known to your sons, and to your sons’ sons.

And you have forgotten the exhortation which He speaks with you, as with sons, “My sons, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor faint while being corrected by Him.

And I will also be diligent to cause you always to have memory of these things after my departure.

Beloved ones, I now write to you this second epistle, in which I stir up your pure mind in a reminder
