You went forth for the salvation of Your people, for the salvation of Your anointed. You struck the head from the house of the wicked one to bare the foundation to the neck. Selah.

And David came to the Breaches of Baal. And David struck them there, and said, Jehovah has broken forth on my enemies before me as the breaking forth of waters. On account of this he called the name of that place The Breaches of Baal.

saying, Touch not My anointed; and, Do My prophets no harm.

He sent His servant Moses and Aaron whom He had chosen.

He shall judge among the nations; He shall fill with corpses; He shall shatter heads over much land.

O Jehovah, remember for the sons of Edom the day of Jerusalem; who said, Lay it bare! Lay it bare, even to its foundation!

Now I know that Jehovah saves His anointed; He answers him from His holy Heaven with the saving might of His right hand.

Jehovah is their strength, and He is the stronghold of the salvations of His anointed.

O God, in Your going out before Your people, in Your marching through the wilderness. Selah.

You led Your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel was among those who called on His name; they called to Jehovah, and He answered them.

And His people remembered the days past of Moses and His people, saying, Where is He who brought us up from the sea with the shepherd of His flock. Where is He who put His Holy Spirit within him,

O that You would tear the heavens and come down; mountains would quake before You.

And I will break down the wall that you have daubed with lime and strike it down to the ground; yea, I will bare its base, and it shall fall, and you will be consumed in its midst. And you shall know that I am Jehovah.

I saw the Lord standing by the altar. And He said, Strike the capital, and the thresholds will shake; and cut them off on the head of all of them. And I will kill the last of them with the sword. Fleeing not one of them will flee, and not a fugitive of them will escape.

And it happened, as they fled from the face of Israel, they were in the descent of Beth-horon, even Jehovah cast great hail stones on them out of the heavens, to Azekah; and they died. The many who died by the hail stones were more than the sons of Israel had killed by the sword.

And Joshua captured all these kings in their land at one time, for Jehovah the God of Israel fought for Israel.

And Joshua captured all the cities of these kings, and all their kings. And he struck them by the mouth of the sword. He destroyed them, as Moses the servant of Jehovah had commanded.

And Jehovah gave them into Israel’s hand, and they struck them, and pursued them to the great Sidon, and to the burning waters, and to the valley of Mizpeh eastward. And they struck them until they did not leave a survivor to them.
