And Joab fell on his face to the earth, and bowed, and blessed the king. And Joab said, Today your servant has known that I have found favor in your eyes, my lord, O king, in that the king has done the word of his servant.
And all the people crossed over the Jordan, and the king crossed over. And the king gave a kiss to Barzillai and blessed him. And he returned to his place.
And Toi sent his son Joram to King David to ask of his peace, and to bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer and struck him. For Hadadezer had been a man of wars against Toi. And in his hand were silver articles, and golden articles, and bronze articles.

And Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said, Jehovah shall give you seed of this woman, because of the petition she asked to Jehovah. And they went away to his place.
