Genesis 47:31

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And he said, Swear to me. And he swore to him. And Israel bowed on the head of the bed.

And now swear to me here by God, that you will not lie to me, and to my son, and to my heir, according to the kindness which I have sworn to you. Do to me and to the land in which you have lived.

And Abraham said, I will swear.

And Abraham said to his slave, oldest in his house, the one who governed in all that was to him, Please put your hand under my thigh.

And the man bowed and worshiped Jehovah.

And also the king’s servants have come in to bless our lord, King David, saying, Your God shall make the name of Solomon better than your name, and his throne greater than your throne. And the king bowed himself on the bed.

By faith dying Jacob blessed each one of the sons of Joseph, and “worshiped on the top of his staff”. LXX- Gen. 47:31
