But even as then, the one being generated according to flesh persecuted the one according to Spirit, so it is also now.

And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, he whom she had borne to Abraham, mocking.

As the Father loved Me, I also loved you; continue in My love.

Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, If one is not generated out of water and Spirit, he is not able to enter into the kingdom of God.

There is therefore now no condemnation to the ones in Christ Jesus, not walking according to flesh, but according to Spirit.

for if you live according to flesh, you are going to die. But if by the Spirit you put to death the practices of the body, you will live.

But, indeed, the one of the slave woman has been born according to flesh, and the one out of the free woman through the promise,

But I, brothers, if I proclaim circumcision, why am I still persecuted? Then the stumbling-block of the Cross has passed away.
