And you must gird up your loins, and rise up and speak to them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed before their faces, that I not shatter you before them.

But Jonah rose up to flee to Tarshish from the face of Jehovah. And he went down to Joppa, and he found a ship going to Tarshish. And he gave its fare and went down into it in order to go with them to Tarshish, from before the face of Jehovah.

And God said to Jonah, Is it right your being angry and being pleasing for you over the plant? And he said, Being angry and being pleasing is right for me, even to death.

And Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron, Because you did not believe in Me, to sanctify Me before the eyes of the sons of Israel, therefore you shall not bring in this congregation to the land which I have given to them.

But turning He said to Peter, Go behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me, for you do not think of the things of God, but the things of men.

And he led him to Jesus. And looking at him, Jesus said, You are Simon the son of Jonah; you shall be called Cephas (which is translated Peter).

Then, indeed, the ones who were dispersed by the oppression, the one having occurred over Stephen, passed through to Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the Word to no one, if not to Jews only.

But some men from them, Cypriots and Cyrenians, who entering into Antioch, spoke to the Hellenists, preaching the gospel of the Lord Jesus.

And the Word was heard into the ears of the assembly in Jerusalem concerning them. And they sent out Barnabas to go through as far as Antioch;

And in these days prophets came down from Jerusalem into Antioch.

And some, coming down from Judea, were teaching the brothers, saying, If you are not circumcised in the custom of Moses, you are not able to be saved.

But some of the ones rose up from the sect of the Pharisees, having believed, saying, It is necessary to circumcise them and to command them to keep the Law of Moses.

For I reckon myself to have been inferior to the exceedingly great apostles in nothing.

Boasting, I have become foolish. You compelled me. For I ought to be commended by you, for I lacked nothing of the exceedingly great apostles, even though I am nothing.

So as we now know no one according to flesh, but even if we have known Christ according to flesh, yet now we no longer know Him so.

Then after three years, I went up to Jerusalem to know Peter and remained with him fifteen days.

But when I saw that they did not walk uprightly with the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before all, If you being a Jew, live heathen-like and not Jewishly, why do you compel the nations to Judaize?

to whom not even for an hour did we yield in subjection, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.

but on the contrary, seeing that I have been entrusted with the gospel of the uncircumcision, even as Peter to the circumcision,

and knowing the grace being given to me, James and Cephas and John, the ones thought to be pillars, gave right hands of fellowship to Barnabas and to me, that we go to the nations, but they to the circumcision;

The ones sinning before all, rebuke, that the rest also may have fear.

For we all stumble in many ways. If any one does not stumble in word, this one is a mature man, able also to bridle the whole body.

Beloved ones, making all diligence to write to you about the common salvation, I had need to write to you to exhort you to contend earnestly for the faith once given over to the saints.
