Ezekiel 45:1

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And when you shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance, you shall offer a heave offering to Jehovah, a holy portion of the land. The length shall be twentyfive thousand cubits long and the width ten thousand. It shall be holy in all its borders round about.
