And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east. And His voice was like the voice of many waters; and the earth shone from His glory.
And I heard the sound of their wings like the sound of great waters, like the voice of the Almighty. In their going was the sound of tumult, like the sound of an army. In their standing still, they let down their wings.
As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of the rain, so appeared the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of Jehovah. And I saw, and I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of One speaking.
And the glory of Jehovah lifted up from the cherub, over the threshold of the house. And the house was filled with the cloud. And the court was filled with the radiance of the glory of Jehovah.
And I rose up and went forth into the plain. And, behold, there the glory of Jehovah was standing, like the glory which I saw by the river Chebar, and I fell on my face.
And Jehovah said to me, This gate shall be shut; it will not be opened. And a man shall not go in by it, because Jehovah, the God of Israel, has gone in by it; so it shall be shut.
And the glory of the God of Israel had gone on, from on the cherub where it was on it, to the threshold of the house. And He called to the man clothed in linen with the ink horn of a scribe at his loins.
And after these things, I heard a great voice of a large multitude in Heaven, saying, Alleluia! The salvation and the glory and the honor and the power of the Lord our God!
And I heard as a sound of a large multitude, and as a sound of many waters, and as a sound of strong thunders, saying, Alleluia! Because the Lord God reigned, the Almighty.
