So, behold, I am against you and against your rivers, and I will give the land of Egypt for a waste laid waste, a desolation, from Migdol to Syene, even to the border of Ethiopia.

And I will make the rivers dry and sell the land into the hand of evil ones. And I will waste the land and her fullness by the hand of aliens. I, Jehovah, have spoken.

Habakkuk 3:8

Did Jehovah burn against rivers? Or was Your anger against the rivers? Or Your fury against the sea? For You ride on horses; Your chariots of salvation.
