Son of man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house. They have eyes to see, but they do not see; ears are to them to hear, but they do not hear; for they are a rebellious house.
And they rejected His statutes and His covenant that He made with their fathers, and His testimonies that He testified against them, and went after the vain thing, and became vain, and after the nations that were around them, of whom Jehovah had commanded them not to act like them.
Your rulers are rebelling and are companions of thieves. Everyone loves a present, and is pursuing bribes. They do not judge the orphan, nor does the cause of the widow come to them.
Woe to rebellious sons, a statement of Jehovah, to make counsel, but not from Me; and to weave a covering web, but not of My Spirit, in order to add sin on sin;
Then I said, Woe to me! For I am cut off; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I live amongst a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, Jehovah of Hosts.

“He has blinded their eyes” and “has hardened their heart,” “that they might not see with the eyes” and “understand with the heart,” “and turn back,” “and I should heal them.” Isa. 6:10

having been darkened in the intellect, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance which is in them because of the hardness of their heart,
For I have known your rebellion and your stiff neck. Behold, while I am yet alive with you this day you have been rebellious against Jehovah. And how much more after my death!
Remember; do not forget how you made Jehovah your God angry in the wilderness; even from the day that you came out of the land of Egypt until you came into this place you have been rebellious against Jehovah.
