And Moses spoke before Jehovah, saying, Behold the sons of Israel have not listened to me. And how should Pharaoh hear me, I being of uncircumcised lips?
And Moses said to God, Behold, I shall come to the sons of Israel and say to them, the God of your fathers has sent me to you; and they will say to me, What is His name? What shall I say to them?
And Moses answered and said, And, behold, they will not believe me and will not listen to my voice. For they will say, Jehovah has not appeared to you.
And Moses said to Jehovah, O Lord, I am not a man of words, either from yesterday or the third day, or since You have been speaking to Your bondslave. For I am heavy of mouth and heavy of tongue.
And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron and He commanded them as to the sons of Israel, and as to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt.
Then I said, Woe to me! For I am cut off; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I live amongst a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, Jehovah of Hosts.
To whom shall I speak and give warning and they may hear? Behold, their ears are not circumcised, and they are not able to pay attention-. Behold, the Word of Jehovah is a reproach to them; they have no delight in it.
Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the sons of Ammon, and Moab, and all those trimmed on the edges of their beards, who dwell in the wilderness. For all the nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel, those uncircumcised of heart.
I also will walk contrary to them, and I will bring them into the land of their enemies. If their uncircumcised hearts are then humbled, and they then accept their guilt for their iniquity;
And Jehovah your God will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your seed, to love Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live.
