And he took and gave the testimony into the ark. And he put the poles on the ark. And he set the mercy seat on the ark from above.

Nothing was in the ark, only the two tables of stone which Moses put there in Horeb, when Jehovah cut a covenant with the sons of Israel as they went out of the land of Egypt.

But answering, Jesus said to him, Allow it now, for it is becoming to us this way to fulfill all righteousness. Then he allows Him.

For the end of the law is Christ for righteousness to everyone that believes.

whom God set forth as a propitiation through faith in His blood, for a demonstration of His righteousness through the passing over of the sins that had taken place before, in the forbearance of God,

and I turned and came down from the mountain and put the tablets in the ark which I had made. And they are there, as Jehovah commanded me.

Therefore, let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and we may find grace for timely help.

And He Himself is the propitiation concerning our sins, and not concerning ours only, but also concerning the whole world.
