And I have come down to deliver them from the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and broad land, to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Jebusite.

Oh stiffnecked and uncircumcised ones in heart and in the ears! You always fall against the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, you also do.

in order to cause to rise the oath which I swore to your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as it is this day. And I answered and said, Amen, O Jehovah.

And God saw their deeds, that they turned back from their evil way. And God was moved to pity of the evil that He had spoken to do to them, and He did not do it.

And Jonah began to enter a day’s journey into the city. And he cried out and said, Yet forty days and Nineveh shall be overturned!

And they shall not be like their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that prepared not its heart; yea, whose spirit was not faithful with God.

So says Jehovah the God of Israel, I said indeed that your house and your father’s house should walk before Me until forever. But now, a statement of Jehovah, Be it far from Me! For those who honor Me I will honor, and those despising Me will be despised.

Is it a small thing that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, but must you seizing also seize dominion over us?

I shall strike it with pestilence and dispossess it. And I will make you a nation greater and mightier than it.

If Jehovah has delighted in us, then He will bring us into this land and will give it to us, a land which is flowing with milk and honey.

And they reported to him and said, We came to the land where you sent us, and indeed it is flowing with milk and honey; and this is its fruit.

But I have said to you, You shall possess their land; and, I, I am giving it to you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey; I am Jehovah your God, who has set you apart from the nations.

And he said, If now I have found favor in Your eyes, O Lord, please let my Lord go in our midst, for it is a stiffnecked people; and You forgive our iniquity and our sin, and take us as a possession.

And Jehovah was moved to pity concerning the evil which He had spoken to do to His people.

Be on guard before Him, and listen to His voice. Do not be rebellious against Him, for He will not lift up your transgressions; for My name is in Him.

And it shall be when Jehovah brings you into the land of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite, which He swore to your fathers to give to you, a land flowing with milk and honey, you shall observe this service in this month.

And I have said, I will bring you up from the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite; to a land flowing with milk and honey.

And Jehovah said to Moses, Say to the sons of Israel, You are a stiffnecked people; in one instant I will go up among you and I will consume you. And now lay off from you your ornaments, that I may know what I shall do to you.

And they did not listen, and hardened their necks, like the necks of their fathers, who did not remain faithful to Jehovah their God.

In that day I lifted up My hand to them to bring them out from the land of Egypt into a land flowing with milk and honey that I had searched out for them, the glory of it is to all lands.

For Jehovah your God is a consuming fire; He is a jealous God.

Because I knew that you are hard, and your neck is a sinew of iron, and your brow bronze.
