And He said, I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face, for he feared to look upon God.
And Jehovah appeared to him in the same night, and said, I am the God of your father Abraham; do not fear, for I am with you; and I will bless you and increase your seed, because of My servant Abraham.
And, behold, Jehovah stood above it and said, I am Jehovah the God of your father Abraham, and the God of Isaac; the land on which you are lying, I will give it to you and to your seed.
Except the God of my father, the God of Abraham and the Fear of Isaac, had been for me, surely now you would have sent me away empty. God has seen my affliction and the toil of my palm, and last night He judged.
And Jacob said, Oh God of my father Abraham and God of my father Isaac, Jehovah, who said to me, Go back to your land and to your kindred and I will deal well with you.
And it happened at the going up of the offering that Elijah the prophet came near and said, O Jehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known today that You are God in Israel, and I Your servant, that by Your Word I have done all these things.
And it happened when Elijah heard, he wrapped his face in his robe and went out and stood at the cave opening; and, behold, a voice came to him, and it said, What is to you here, Elijah?
And it happened, when they spoke day by day to him, and he did not listen to them, they told Haman, to see if Mordecai’s matters would stand. For he had told them that he was a Jew.
My strength and song is Jehovah, and it happened, He was salvation to me; this is my God and I will glorify Him; the God of my father, and I will exalt Him.
Go, and gather the elders of Israel and say to them, Jehovah, the God of your fathers has appeared to me, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, Visiting I have visited you and have seen what is done to you in Egypt.
And I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am Jehovah. And they will be to Me for a people, and I will be to them for God. For they shall turn back to Me with their whole heart.
But this shall be the covenant that I will cut with the house of Israel: After those days, a statement of Jehovah, I will put My Law in their inward parts, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be to them for God, and they shall be to Me for a people.
And I will bring them, and they shall live in the midst of Jerusalem. And they shall be for a people to Me, and I will be for God to them, in truth and in righteousness.
But concerning the dead, that they are raised, have you not read in the book of Moses, as God spoke to him at the Bush, saying, “I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob”? Ex. 3:6
But that the dead ones are raised, even Moses pointed out at the Bush, when he calls the Lord “the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Ex. 3:6
“I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Ex. 3:6, 15 But becoming trembling, Moses did not dare to closely look.
“Seeing, I saw the mistreatment of My people in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and I came down to deliver them. And now, come, I will send you to Egypt. “Ex. 3:5, 7, 10
Hear, then, O Israel, and take heed to do it, that it may be well with you, that you may increase exceedingly, as Jehovah the God of your fathers has promised you, in the land flowing with milk and honey.
But now they stretch forth to a better, that is, a heavenly land. Therefore, God is not ashamed of them, for Him to be called their God; for He prepared a city for them.
