Exodus 27:21

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

In the tabernacle of the congregation from outside the veil which is by the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall arrange them from evening until morning before Jehovah; a never-ending statute for their generations, from the sons of Israel.

And God called the expanse, Heavens. And it was evening, and it was morning, a second day.

and are offering to Jehovah burnt offerings morning by morning, and evening by evening, and sweet incense, and the Bread of Arrangement on the pure table, and the golden lampstand and its lamps, to burn evening by evening. For we are keeping the charge of Jehovah our God. And surely you have forsaken Him.

A Song of Ascents. Behold, bless Jehovah, all servants of Jehovah; who stand in the house of Jehovah at night.

And the day shall be a memorial for you. And you shall celebrate it as a feast to Jehovah, for your generations. You shall celebrate it as a law forever.

Even as Jehovah commanded Moses, Aaron laid it up before the Testimony, to keep it.

And you shall put the testimony into the ark, which I shall give to you.

And they shall be on Aaron and on his sons in their going into the tabernacle of the congregation, or in their drawing near to the altar to minister in the sanctuary, and so that they shall not raise up iniquity and die. It is a never-ending statute to him and to his seed after him.

And it shall be for Aaron and for his sons for a never-ending statute from the sons of Israel; it is for a heave offering, and it shall be a heave offering from the sons of Israel from the sacrifices of their peace offerings, their heave offering to Jehovah.

This shall be a continual burnt offering to your generations, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the face of Jehovah; there where I meet you to speak to you there.

And I will sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar. And I will sanctify Aaron and his sons to minister as priests to Me.

And they shall wash their hands and their feet, and shall not die. And it shall be a never-ending statute to them, to him and to his seed for their generations.

And you shall grind some of it fine, and put some of it in front of the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I meet you. It shall be most holy to you.

And when Aaron sets up the lamps between the evenings he shall burn it, a perpetual incense before the face of Jehovah for your generations.

And you shall put there the ark of testimony. And you shall cover the ark with the veil.

You shall not drink wine and fermented liquor, you and not your sons with you, as you go into the tabernacle of the congregation, and you shall not die; a never-ending statute throughout your generations;

And this shall be to you a never-ending statute to atone for the sons of Israel, because of all their sins, once a year. And he did as Jehovah had commanded Moses.

And they shall not sacrifice their sacrifices any more to goats, after which they have gone whoring. This is a perpetual statute to them throughout their generations.

And bread, and roasted grain, and fresh ears, you shall not eat until this self-same day, until you have brought the offering of your God; it is a never-ending statute for your generations in all your dwellings.

And you shall make a proclamation on this same day; it is a holy gathering to you. You shall do no work of service. It is a never-ending statute in all your dwellings for your generations.

Command the sons of Israel, and they shall bring to you pure olive oil, beaten, for the light, to cause a light to burn continually.

Outside the veil of the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation Aaron shall arrange it from evening until morning before Jehovah continually, a never-ending statute for your generations.

And it shall belong to Aaron and to his sons, and they shall eat it in the sanctuary, for it is most holy to him, from the fire offerings of Jehovah, a neverending statute.

It shall be a never-ending statute for your generations in all your dwellings. You shall not eat any fat or any blood.

And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and shall slaughter it in front of the tabernacle of the congregation. And the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood on the altar all around.

And he shall lift from it his handful of the flour of the food offering, and of its oil, and all the frankincense on the food offering. And he shall burn it as incense on the altar, a soothing fragrance from its memorial to Jehovah.

which Jehovah has commanded to give to them the day of His anointing them, from the sons of Israel, a never-ending statute throughout their generations.

For the lips of the priest should guard knowledge, and they should seek the Law from his mouth; for he is the messenger of Jehovah of Hosts.

But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity; it shall be a neverending statute throughout your generations, that in the midst of the sons of Israel they shall have no inheritance;

And you shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the altar, and there shall be no more wrath against the sons of Israel.

And it shall be a never-ending statute to them; and he that sprinkles the water of impurity shall wash his clothes; and he that touches the water of sprinkling shall be unclean until evening.

And these things shall be to you for a statute of judgment for your generations, in all your dwellings.

And you shall bring near the Levites before the tabernacle of the congregation. And you shall assemble all the company of the sons of Israel.

the people sitting in darkness saw a great Light; and to those sitting in the region and shadow of death, Light arose to them.” Isa. 9:1, 2

Let your loins be girded about, and the lamps burning,

That one was the burning and shining lamp, and you were willing to exult in his light for an hour.

Because it is God who said, “Out of darkness Light shall shine,” the One who shone in our hearts to give the illumination of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Isa. 42:6, 7, 16

and we have the more established prophetic Word, in which you do well to pay attention, as to a lamp shining in a murky place, until day dawns and the lightbearing One rises in your hearts;

To the angel of the Ephesian assembly, write: These things says the One holding the seven stars in His right hand, the One walking in the midst of the seven golden lampstands:

And the lamp of God had not yet gone out. And Samuel was lying down in the temple of Jehovah, where the ark of God rested.

And it was so, from that day and forward he commanded it for a statute and for an ordinance for Israel to this day.
