And they rejected His statutes and His covenant that He made with their fathers, and His testimonies that He testified against them, and went after the vain thing, and became vain, and after the nations that were around them, of whom Jehovah had commanded them not to act like them.

Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel was among those who called on His name; they called to Jehovah, and He answered them.

And take a bunch of hyssop and dip in the blood in the basin. And touch some of the blood in the basin to the lintel and on the two doorposts. And you shall not go out, anyone from the door of his house until morning.

And they shall take from the blood, and put it on the two side doorposts and on the lintel, on the houses in which they eat it.

And Moses took the blood and sprinkled on the people, and said, Behold, the blood of the covenant which Jehovah has cut with you concerning these words.

And you shall slaughter the ram, and you shall take its blood and shall sprinkle it on the altar all around.

And you shall slaughter the ram; and you shall take of its blood and shall put it on the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and on the tip of the right ear of his sons, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the big toe of their right foot; and you shall sprinkle the blood on the altar all around.

not according to the covenant that I cut with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, which covenant of Mine they broke, although I was a husband to them, a statement of Jehovah.

And he shall slaughter it by the side of the altar northward, before the face of Jehovah. And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood round about on the altar.

And he shall slaughter the son of the herd before the face of Jehovah. And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall bring near the blood and sprinkle the blood on the altar round about, at the opening of the tabernacle of the congregation.

And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it at the opening of the tabernacle of the congregation. And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall sprinkle the blood on the altar round about.

And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and shall slaughter it in front of the tabernacle of the congregation. And the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood on the altar all around.

And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the face of Jehovah, at the front of the veil of the holy place.

In the same way the cup also, after the order to eat supper, He said, This cup is the New Covenant in My blood; as often as you drink, do this in remembrance of Me.

and through Him making peace by the blood of His cross, to reconcile all things to Himself; through Him, whether the things on the earth, or the things in the heavens.

and to Jesus the Mediator of a new covenant, and to blood of sprinkling speaking better things than that of Abel.

not according to the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day of My taking hold of their hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I cared not for them, says the Lord.

From which neither the first covenant was dedicated without blood.

For when every command had been spoken according to Law by Moses to all the people, having taken the blood of the calves and goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop itself, and he sprinkled both the scroll and all the people,

And he likewise sprinkled both the tabernacle and all the service vessels with the blood.

but with precious blood of Christ, as a lamb without blemish and without spot,

according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit to obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied to you.
