King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

But if injury occurs, you shall give life for life,

And when a man causes a blemish in his neighbor, as he has done, so it shall be done to him;

break for break, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. As he has given a blemish to be in a man, so it shall be done to him.

And you shall take nothing to atone for the life of a wicked one; he is punishable to die, for dying he shall die.

And your eye shall not pity; life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
