Esther 4:14

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

For if you are completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance shall rise up to the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house shall perish. And who knows if you have reached to the kingdom for such a time as this?

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Sees (Jehovah-Jireh); so that it is said until this day, In the mount of Jehovah it will be seen.

And Jehovah gave a deliverer to Israel, and they went out from under the hand of Syria, and the sons of Israel lived in their tents as before.

And when the turn of Esther had come (she being the daughter of Abihail, Mordecai’s uncle, whom he had taken to himself for his daughter) to go in to the king, she did not seek a thing except what Hegai the king’s eunuch, the keeper of the women, said. And Esther was rising in favor in the eyes of all who looked on her.

And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she rose in grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins. And he set the royal crown on her head, and made her to rule instead of Vashti.

And he was supporting Hadassah (she is Esther) his uncle’s daughter, for there was not father or mother to her. And the young woman was fair of appearance and good of form. And at the death of her father and mother, Mordecai took her for his daughter.

And Mordecai said to take back to Esther this word Do not imagine within yourself to deliver yourself in the king’s house more than all the Jews.

And Esther said to take back to Mordecai,

who will not allow me to bring back my breath, but fills me with bitterness.

a time to tear, and a time to sew together; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

And kings shall be supporting you, and their princesses ones nursing you. They shall bow to you, faces down to the earth, and lick up the dust of your feet. And you shall know that I am Jehovah, by whom they who wait for Me shall not be ashamed.

Every weapon formed against you shall not prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the inheritance of the servants of Jehovah, and their righteousness is from Me, a statement od Jehovah.

For I am with you, a statement of Jehovah, to save you. Though I make a full end among all nations where I have scattered you, yet I will not make a full end with you. But I will correct you with judgment, and I will not leave you free from guilt.

You shall not fear, O Jacob My servant, a statement of Jehovah, for I am with you. For I will make a full end of all the nations there where I have banished you. But I will not make a full end of you, but I will correct you in judgment, and not acquit you and not leave you free of guilt.

even I will remember My covenant with Jacob; and also My covenant with Isaac; and I shall also remember My covenant with Abraham, and I shall remember the land.

And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Assembly, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against her.

And except those days were cut short, not any flesh would be saved. But on account of the elect, those days will be cut short.

For Jehovah will bring His people justice; and He shall have compassion on His servants, for He sees that their power is gone, and only the imprisoned and abandoned remain.

And the Philistines said, Who has done this? And they said, Samson, the son-inlaw of the Timnite, because he took away his wife and gave her to his companion. And the Philistines went and burned her and her father with fire.

For Jehovah will not abandon His people, for the sake of His great name. For Jehovah undertakes to make you a people for Himself.

And David said, What have I done now? Was it not but a word?
