For if while being hostile ones we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life;

knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, so that we no longer serve sin.

For the law being powerless, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh,

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which you also were called in one body, and coming to be thankful.
