For a Child is born; to us, a Son is given; and the dominion is on His shoulder; and His name is called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

So then if anyone is in Christ, that one is a new creation; the old things have passed away; behold, all things have come to be new!

If, then, you died with Christ from the elements of the world, why are you under its decrees, as living in the world?

and having put on the new, being renewed unto full knowledge according to the image of the One creating him,

where there is no Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, slave or free man, but Christ is all things and in all.

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which you also were called in one body, and coming to be thankful.

who has not become so according to a law of a fleshly command, but according to the power of an indissoluble life,

In the saying, New, He has made the first old. And the thing being made old and growing aged is near disappearance.

Therefore it was needful for the figures of the things in the heavens to be cleansed with these; but the heavenly things themselves by better sacrifices than these.
