King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

There is one alone, and there is not a second; and there is not a son or a brother to him; and there is not an end to all his labor; even his eyes are not satisfied with riches; and he says, For whom do I labor, and my soul be without good? This is also vanity; yea, it is an evil task.

And Jehovah God said, It is not good, the man being alone. I will make a helper corresponding to him.

Surely a man walks about in shadow; surely they are in an uproar in vain; he heaps up and does not know who is gathering them.

And now what do I await, Lord? My hope is in You.

Sheol and destruction are not satisfied, and the eyes of man are not satisfied.

And I gave my heart to seek and to search out by wisdom concerning all which is done under the heavens. It is an evil task God has given to the sons of men, to be afflicted by it.

All words are wearisome; a man is not able to speak it. The eye is not satisfied to see, and the ear is not filled from hearing.

When there is a man whose labor is with wisdom, and with knowledge, and with success, yet he shall give it to a man who has not labored with it, for his share; this also is vanity and a great evil.

For all his days are pains, and his task is grief; his heart does not even lie down in the night. Even this also is vanity.

And I returned and saw vanity under the sun.

He who loves silver will not be satisfied with silver; and he who loves abundance does not gain. This is also vanity.

And the advantage of a land, it is among all; even a king has a field being tilled.

Woe to those touching house to house, bringing near field to field until the end of space! And you are made to dwell alone in the midst of the land!

Why do you weigh out silver for that which is not bread, and your labor for what is not to satisfaction? Listening, listen to Me and eat the good; and let your soul delight itself in fatness.

Come to Me, all those laboring and being burdened, and I will give you rest.

But God said to him, Fool! This night they demand your soul from you; and that which you prepared, to whom will it be?

because everything in the world: the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.
