And the days of Israel to die drew near. And he called to his son Joseph and said to him, Now if I have found favor in your eyes, please put your hand under my thigh, and do kindness and truth with me. Please do not bury me in Egypt;

And he cried against the altar, by the Word of Jehovah, and said, Altar! Altar! So says Jehovah, Behold, a son shall be born to the house of David, his name Josiah, and he shall sacrifice on you the priests of the high places who are burning incense on you, and they shall burn the bones of man on you.

And he said, At this season, according to the time of life you shall embrace a son. And she said, No, my lord, O man of God, do not lie to your handmaid.

If a man dies, will he live again?? All the days of my warfare I will wait, until my change comes.

If his days are determined, the number of his months is with You, and You have made his bounds, and he cannot pass over;

Is there not a warfare to man on earth, and his days like the days of a hireling?

causing the barren one to dwell in the house, the joyful mother of sons. Praise Jah!

God will likewise break you forever; He shall take you away, even pluck you from your tent and uproot you out of the land of the living. Selah.

Prepare your work outside, and make it ready for yourself in the field, and afterwards even build your house.

Does the plowman plow all day to sow? Does he open and break the clods of his ground?

In those days Hezekiah was sick, dying. And Isaiah the son of Amoz, the prophet, came to him and said to him, So says Jehovah, Command your house, for you are dying and shall not live.

Go and say to Hezekiah, So says Jehovah the God of your father David, I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Behold, I will add fifteen years to your days.

Sing out, barren one who never bore; break out a song and shout, you who never brought forth. For the sons of the desolate one are more than the sons of the married woman, says Jehovah.

Behold, I have today appointed you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to tear down, and to destroy, and to cast down, to build, and to plant.

So you shall say to him, Jehovah says this: Behold, I am tearing down what I have built; and I am pulling up that which I have planted, even all the land itself to Me.

The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all the stumbling blocks, and those who practice lawlessness.

But answering, He said, Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted shall be rooted up.

But the angel said to him, Do not fear, Zacharias, because your prayer was heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear a son to you, and you shall call his name John.

And behold, you shall be silent and not able to speak until the day these things take place, because you did not believe my words which shall be fulfilled in their season.

And behold, your kinswoman Elizabeth! She also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month to her who was called barren;

The woman has grief when she bears, because her hour came, but when she bears the child, she no longer remembers the distress, because of the joy that a man was born into the world.

Therefore they sought to seize Him; yet no one laid a hand on Him, because His hour had not yet come.

But as the time of the promise drew near, which God swore to Abraham, the people increased and multiplied in Egypt,

In which time Moses was born and was truly fair to God; who was reared three months in his father’s house.

But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, becoming of a woman, becoming under Law,

And Moses the servant of Jehovah died there in the land of Moab, according to the command of Jehovah.

And as much as it is reserved to men once to die, and after this, Judgment;

The sated ones have hired themselves out for bread; and the hungry have ceased, while the barren has borne seven; yea, she who had many sons has languished.
