Striking you have stricken Edom, and your heart has lifted you up. Glory in it and stay in your house; and why should you stir yourself up to evil so that you may fall, you and Judah with you?
And when he became strong, his heart was lifted up to act corruptly; and he acted unfaithfully against Jehovah his God, and went in to the temple of Jehovah to burn incense on the altar of incense.

They are plotting to cause My people to forget My name by their dreams which they relate, each man to his neighbor, even as their fathers have forgotten My name for Baal.
And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look on it and remember all the commandments of Jehovah, and do them; and that you do not go about after your own heart and your own eyes after which you fornicate;
If your brother, your mother’s son, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend who is as your own soul, shall entice you secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you have not known, you and your fathers,
so that his heart may not be lifted up above his brothers, and that he may not turn aside from the commandment, to the right or to the left; so that he may prolong his days over his kingdom, he and his sons in the midst of Israel.
Only, be on guard for yourself and guard your soul very much, that you do not forget the things which your eyes have seen; and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. And you shall make them known to your sons, and to your sons’ sons.
and houses full of every good thing which you have not filled, and wells dug which you did not dig, vineyards and oliveyards which you did not plant; and you shall eat and be satisfied;
Take heed to yourself, lest you forget Jehovah your God so as not to keep His commandments, and His judgments, and His statutes, which I am commanding you today;
