when the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance; when He separated the sons of Adam, He set up the bounds of the peoples, according to the number of the sons of Israel.

And two sons were born to Eber; the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.

The coasts of the nations were divided by these in their lands each by his tongue, by their families, in their nations.

saying, I will give you the land of Canaan, the allotment of your inheritance,

to them, them alone, the land was given, and no alien passed in their midst.

The heavens; the heavens are Jehovah’s, but He has given the earth to the sons of men.

The word is by the decree of the watchers, and the command and the affair is of the holy ones, so that the living may know that the Most High is ruling in the kingdom of men and gives it to whomever He will. And He sets up over it the lowliest of men.

As for you, O king, the Most High God gave your father Nebuchadnezzar a kingdom, and majesty, and glory, and honor.

So there shall not be for you one measuring a line by lot in the assembly of Jehovah.

For from the top of the rocks I see him, and I behold him from the heights. Behold, it is a people that shall dwell alone and not be reckoned among the nations.

the statement of him who hears the words of God, and he knowing the knowledge of the Most High, who sees the vision of the Almighty, falling down, yet with open eyes:

And He made every nation of men of one blood, to live on all the face of the earth, having determined fore-appointed seasons and boundaries of their dwelling,

But the Most High does not dwell in temples made by hand, as the prophet says,

And Israel shall live alone in safety; the fountain of Jacob in a land of grain and wine; and his heavens drop down dew.
