Deuteronomy 24:15

King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

In the same day you shall give him his hire; do not let the sun go down on it. For he is an afflicted one, and has lifted up his soul on it; that he not cry against you to Jehovah, and it be sin against you.

If I rejected the cause of my male slave or my slave-girl when they contended with me,

If my land cries out against me, or its furrows weep together;

to cause the cry of the poor one to come to Him. For He hears the cry of the afflicted ones.

From the host of oppressions, they cry out; they cry because of the arm of the multitude.

As a servant pants for the shade, and as a hireling looks for his wages,

The clean of palms and the pure of heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity and has not sworn deceit.

For the vineyard of Jehovah of Hosts is the house of Israel, and the man of Judah is His delightful plant. And He waited for justice, but behold, bloodshed; for righteousness, but behold, a cry!

Woe to him who builds his house without righteousness, and his upper rooms without justice, his neighbor serves for nothing, and he does not give him for his work;

You shall not extort your neighbor, and not rob; you shall not allow the wages of a hired one to remain with you until morning.

And when your brother has become poor, and his hand has failed with you, then you shall help him. He shall live with you as an alien and a sojourner.

And I will draw near to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against those divining, and against ones doing adultery, and against those swearing to a lie; and against those who extort from the hired laborer’s pay; and turning away the widow, and the fatherless, and the sojourner, and the one not fearing Me, says Jehovah of Hosts.

But evening having come, the Lord of the vineyard said to his overseer, Call the workers and pay them the wage, beginning from the last ones to the first ones.

You know the commandments: Do not commit adultery, do not commit murder, do not steal, do not bear false witness, do not defraud, honor your father and mother. Ex. 20:12-16

Beware that there is no evil thing in your heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release draws near; and your eye be evil against your needy brother, and you give him nothing, and he cry to Jehovah against you and it be sin to you.

For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox treading out grain,” and, the laborer is worthy of his pay. Deut. 25:4

Behold, the wages of the workmen having reaped your fields cry out, being kept back by you. And the cries of the ones having reaped have entered “into the ears of the Lord of Hosts.” Isa. 5:9
